Are They Really Necessary?
There’s nothing quite better than walking out of an extremely boring, painstaking class (with the knowledge that you must endure this hell two more times that day) to the sweet sound of someone’s “bookbag on wheels.” Honestly, I love stepping out of the door and nearly getting run over by one of these things, only to get caught behind it on the entire walk to your next class. It’s like driving a convertable behind a slow-moving, loud diesel bus- except, worse. I thoroughly enjoy the sound of “CRRRRR*plunkPlunk*RRRRRRRR*plunkPlunk*RRRRRRR” whilest I’m debating whether or not I should stay in college- or shoot myself in the face. These vehicles also span out behind their users about four feet, so you’re constantly taking extra precaution not to run into them- especially if you’re uninsured (hey those things are expensive.)
Honestly though, have people really gotten that lazy? I thought the bookbag with two shoulder straps was a pretty damn nifty idea. I mean, a bag that holds stuff- with shoulder straps. And for God’s sake, you’re in COLLEGE, you don’t need to carry every single book with you to each class anyways.
I’m going to jump on the bandwagon here and revolutionize the way people commute. I have developed a number of AMF Rollers (Annoying as a Mother F*ck) designs.
I give you the 2004 AMF line:
